856.06 LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle in the Village without having in full force and effect a liability insurance certificate, policy or bond satisfactory to the PUCO as required by Ohio R.C. 4921.11 and 4923.08.
