856.04 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE MOTOR CARRIERS.

No private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle in the Village for the transportation of persons or property for hire without first obtaining a permit from the PUCO as provided in Ohio R. C 4923.04 through 4923.07.
