856.03 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR MOTOR TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES.

No motor transportation company shall operate any motor vehicle in the Village for the transportation of persons or property for compensation or hire without first obtaining a certificate of convenience and necessity from the PUCO, as provided in Ohio R.C. 4921.07 through 4921.10.
