856.02 VIOLATION OF PUCO RULE, ORDER, DECISION.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle on or over the roads, streets and highways of the Village in violation of or in noncompliance with any order, decision, rule or regulation of the PUCO.
