856.01   DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Motor transportation company" has the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 4921.02.
   (b)   "Private motor carrier" has the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 4923.02.
   (c)   "PUCO" means the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
