832.01   DISPLAY OF PRICES.
   All persons, firms and corporations within the Village who operate, maintain, conduct or engage in the business of dispensing automobile gasoline to the general public, are hereby required to display the price of gasoline offered for sale to any person in a prominent place upon each business location, so as to be viewed by the motoring public, with letters at least five inches in height. The display of prices shall be at such location as to be observed by the motoring public from each side of any street which the establishment dispensing gasoline is located upon.
   In the event that gasoline is dispensed or sold by any such establishment in varying prices or limited amounts or quantities at any one time, such prices, conditions or limitations shall be fully displayed so as to be observable by the motoring public from the street or road passing in front of the establishment dispensing such gasoline.
