(a) Each person applying for a private sale permit shall furnish the following information:
(1) The name of the person conducting the sale;
(2) The address of the premises where the sale is to be conducted;
(3) The number of days of the sale; and
(4) The date and nature of any past sale.
(b) Private sales may be held only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

(c) A sign not exceeding six square feet, may be placed on the premises and behind the public right of way only. Such sign shall be removed by the owner or occupant of the premises immediately at the conclusion of such private sale.
