804.05 NONLIABILITY OF VILLAGE.

The issuance of any permit under this chapter shall not constitute an acceptance by the Village of any liability to maintain any equipment, to answer any alarm or to do anything in connection therewith. This governmental service shall not be an acceptance by the Village of any liability, in contract, negligence or otherwise, to provide any protection whatsoever.
