(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale any diseased, decayed, corrupted, spoiled or unwholesome milk products, eggs, meat, poultry, fish, game, provisions, fruit, berries or other vegetable product, or knowingly sell or offer for sale any fruit, vegetable or any other article of food, falsely graded, stamped or labeled.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
