642.15 PLACEMENT, ETC., OF UTILITY LINES AND FIXTURES.

(a) No person shall place, construct or maintain any pole, line, wire, guy line, fixture or appliance for conducting electricity or for telephone transmission, on or over any highway, street or other public place without the consent of the Village.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
