618.015   WILD, DANGEROUS OR UNDOMESTICATED ANIMALS.
   (a)   No person shall keep, maintain or have in his or her possession or under his or her control a wild, dangerous or undomesticated animal within the Village.
   (b)   As used in this section, "wild, dangerous or undomesticated animal" means an animal which is not an ordinary household pet, but which would ordinarily be confined to a zoo, be found in the wilderness of this or any other country or otherwise cause a reasonable person to be fearful of bodily harm or property damage.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
