444.08 PARKING OF BICYCLES.

No person shall park a bicycle upon a sidewalk in such a manner as to unduly interfere with pedestrian traffic or upon a roadway as to unduly interfere with vehicular traffic.

Parking of bicycles in or upon Village parks and recreation areas shall not be made other than in areas designated for such purpose.
