432.38 SHORTCUTTING ACROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY.

No operator of a vehicle using the streets in the Village shall avoid and disregard any traffic control device by passing through private or public property adjacent to the place where the traffic control signal is in operation or a traffic sign has been erected.
