(a) There is hereby established a special fund known as the Mayor's Court Computer Fund.
(b) An additional fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid as court costs for each defendant convicted in the Walton Hills Mayor's Court for the Mayor's Court Computer Fund.
(c) All sums received pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the Mayor's Court Computer Fund.
(d) The Mayor may disburse funds from the Mayor's Court Computer Fund, upon appropriation by Council, in an amount no greater than the actual cost of procuring and maintaining computer systems for the office of Clerk of the Mayor's Court.
(e) Interest earned by the Fund shall be credited to the Fund.
