The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into contracts with various applicants from time to time for the full release and indemnification of the Village of Walton Hills in each case in which the Village awards payment of sundry claims funds upon the terms and conditions approved by the Village Solicitor. No sundry claims shall be paid until said release and indemnification is properly executed by the claimant and delivered to the Mayor.
