(a) The Village shall procure employee dishonesty coverage for all officers and employees of the Village who are not required by ordinance or the laws of the State of Ohio to furnish individual bonds. This dishonesty coverage shall be in a minimum amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per loss and may be higher.
(b) The Village shall require the Fiscal Officer to furnish a public officials bond in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) bonding both dishonesty and faithful performance of duty.
(c) The Village from time to time and by ordinance may stipulate certain officers or employees of the Village to be separately bonded. The amount of any such bond shall be set in the ordinance.
