There is hereby established the part-time position of Baseball Commissioner, who shall be employed at the will of the Recreation Director and Mayor, annually, and who shall act in that capacity no earlier than March 1st of any year and no later than September 30th of any year, as directed by the Recreation Director and the Mayor. Said Baseball Commissioner shall act under the direction, guidance and supervision of the Recreation Director, and shall facilitate, direct, and oversee the Village baseball program.
