The recreation program shall be organized and directed by the Recreation Director, under the supervision of the Mayor. The program shall provide supervised recreation for all school age children and adults of the Village. Normally during the summer program, the Recreation Center shall be staffed from 10:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m., five days a week, with staffing over weekends at the Director's discretion. Any program for children seven years of age or younger shall be in cooperation with an adult who shall accompany the children.
