248.03 PLAYGROUND AIDES.

The Mayor and the Recreation Director are hereby authorized to appoint, with the approval of the Recreation Committee of Council, as many playground aides as they may deem necessary or advisable for the successful operation of a recreation program, subject to the provisions of Section 248.07.
