242.28 STATE QUALIFICATIONS BONUS (WEAPONS RECERTIFICATION).

Full-time and part-time police officers who pass all required components of the State mandated annual weapons recertification course on their first attempt shall receive a four hundred fifty dollar ($450.00) State Qualifications Bonus. Police officers shall be eligible for this bonus once each calendar year.
