242.27   RANK DIFFERENTIAL.
   (a)   A 10% rank differential shall exist between the rank base pay of Patrol Officer and rank base pay of Sergeant.
   (b)   A 5% rank differential shall exist between the rank base pay of Sergeant and rank base pay of Lieutenant.
   (c)   A 5% rank differential shall exist between the rank base pay of Lieutenant and rank base pay of Captain.
