242.01 EXCLUSION OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE.

As referenced throughout Chapter 242 of these Codified Ordinances, the term "full-time officer(s)", "full-time police officer(s)", or "deputy marshal(s)" shall not include the Police Chief in its membership. All provisions relating to the Police Chief are contained in Chapter 260 of these Codified Ordinances.
