There is hereby established the office of Assistant Street Commissioner of the Village. Such Assistant Street Commissioner shall be appointed by the Mayor and the Street Commissioner, and the Assistant Street Commissioner shall be an at-will employee. The Assistant Street Commissioner shall be compensated in accordance with Chapter 260 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Walton Hills, Ohio.
