(a) The Street Commissioner salary shall be set in accordance with Chapter 260 of these Codified Ordinances, and shall also include an hourly rate for overtime as approved by the Mayor. The Street Commissioner shall be paid bi-weekly during said term.
(b) The Street Commissioner shall not be entitled to health care, prescriptive drug, dental or vision insurance.
(c) The Street Commissioner shall be entitled to the same vacation, holiday, sick leave as those accorded certain employees pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter 260, provided, however, that when the Street Commissioner is also the Inspector of Buildings, the basis of payment for such privileges shall be an assumed regularly scheduled forty hours per week, eight hours per day, for the combined offices.
