The Street Commissioner shall be responsible for the clearance of weeds, snow and any other obstructions from around all fire hydrants in the Village and for providing necessary manpower and equipment for the Chief of Police, Recreation Director, Clerk, Engineer and Inspector of Buildings, when so directed by the Mayor for such Village functions as trash removal and maintenance of the recreation area and the Village Hall.
