The Street Commissioner shall personally supervise all employees under his or her responsibility for the quantity and quality of the work performed by the employees and for on-the-job training, if necessary, of each employee and shall be responsible for the proper maintenance and storage of all mobile equipment, including trucks, tractors, backhoes and tools owned by the Village and used by his or her employees.
