240.03 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF PUBLIC WAYS AND PROPERTY.

The Street Commissioner shall be responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of roads, berms, ditches, culverts, signs, lighting, marking and striping, cleaning, easements and drainage areas in the Village.
