240.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE; APPOINTMENT AND TERM.

There is hereby established, in and for the Village, the office of Street Commissioner of the Village, such Commissioner to be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council, for a term not to exceed one year.
