238.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE.

There is hereby established, in and for the Village, pursuant to the authority vested in Council by Ohio R.C. 735.32, the office of Engineer of the Village. The person appointed to such office shall be known as the Village Engineer, or just the Engineer.
