230.03   ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR.
   (a)   The Mayor shall act as the Economic Development Coordinator for the Village commencing when they take office as Mayor.
   (b)   The Economic Development Coordinator shall engage in all efforts to promote and attract economic development within and to the Village.
