(A) The Council shall remain in existence after compliance with the above sections for the purpose of continual monitoring of the state of the delivery of emergency medical services. The Council shall promulgate rules and regulations for adoption by the City to achieve the goals of this section.
(B) This Council shall be integrated with similar councils established by the counties of Boone, Kenton and Campbell. The findings and recommendations shall be made with a view towards creating a unified system for the delivery of emergency medical services to the three counties.
