§ 153.01 ADOPTION OF BOONE COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.

The subdivision regulations adopted by the Boone County Planning Commission and recommended for adoption and approval to all the legislative bodies, including the Boone County Fiscal Court, are hereby adopted and approved as the subdivision regulations applicable to the boundaries of the city and incorporated herein by reference.
