§ 117.02 REMOVAL BY CITY.

The Mayor or his designee or any law enforcement officer with jurisdiction in the city is authorized to remove any sign, placard, advertisement, or display which is put, posted, or placed in violation of the terms of this chapter and may immediately dispose of said removed materials.
