§ 53.26 CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
   (A)   Any person that has violated or continues to violate this chapter may be referred for criminal prosecution subject to a criminal penalty of $1,000 dollars per violation per day and/or imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 30 days. Said criminal prosecution shall only be sought after a minimum of two civil offenses as set forth herein.
   (B)   The Code Enforcement Board may recover all attorney fees court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of this chapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
