(A) Right of appeal. Any aggrieved person affected by any decision, order, requirement, or determination relating to the interpretation or application of this ordinance may file an appeal to the Code Enforcement Board within seven days pursuant to § 34.47(F) and 34.71(F) of the Walton Code of Ordinances.
(B) Filing of appeal and procedures. Appeals shall be taken within the specified time period by filing a notice of appeal and specifying the grounds for appeal. The Code Enforcement Board shall forthwith transmit documents constituting the record on which the decision appealed from was taken.
