SCHEDULE II: PROHIBITED CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC.

   (A)   Construction vehicles, trucks and equipment are prohibited from using or otherwise traveling upon the following:

      (1)   Church Street: from Dixie Highway to Showalter Trace;

      (2)   Scott Street: entire length;

      (3)   High Street: entire length;

      (4)   Showalter Trace: entire length; and

      (5)   Jones Road: from High Street west and south to the Walton City Limits.

   (B)   Excluded from the prohibition in division (A) above, are construction vehicles, trucks and equipment which are servicing or delivering to homes on the referenced roadways, vehicles and equipment owned by the residents of the referenced roadways, and any garbage trucks, school busses and other vehicles that require access to those homes on a day-to-day basis.

   (C)   Any person, firm, corporation or company who violates any prohibition in this Schedule II for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.
