§ 92.04 CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES OR REGULATIONS.
   In any case where a provision of this Code is found to be in conflict with any existing code, ordinance, or regulation of the city, the provision that establishes the highest standard shall apply, so long as the penalty for violation of that provision is civil in nature. If the penalty of the provision establishing the highest standard is not civil in nature, then this Code shall be the prevailing authority, with the exception of the Kentucky Building Code, and all Codes referenced therein including the Fire Prevention Code, Life Safety Code, the National Electrical Code, and the Kentucky Standards of Safety which shall control over conflicting city ordinances.
