§ 34.67 TERMINATION.
   (A)   Each of the parties shall be entitled to terminate participation in the agreement if a court of competent jurisdiction negates the validity, enforceability, or legality of any part of the agreement, or if a party determines that it is in its own best interest to terminate the agreement. In the event of such termination, the terminating party shall be released from any and all obligations under the agreement. A party may withdraw from the agreement without affecting the remaining members, so long as at least two members continue.
   (B)   In the event a party voluntarily withdraws its participation in the agreement, it shall, if practicable, provide sixty (60) days advance notice to the remaining parties before the effective date of said termination.
