§ 34.50 APPEALS; FINAL JUDGMENT.
   (A)   An appeal from a final order of a Code Enforcement Board following a hearing conducted pursuant to § 34.48(E) of this subchapter may be made to the Boone or Kenton County District Court, in whichever county the violation occurred, within thirty (30) days of the date the order is issued. The appeal shall be initiated by the filing of a complaint and a copy of the final order in the same manner as any civil action under the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.
   (B)   If no appeal from a final order of the Code Enforcement Board is filed within the time period set in division (A) of this section, the Code Enforcement Board’s order shall be deemed final for all purposes.
   (C)   The judgment of the District Court may be appealed to the Circuit Court of the same county as the District Court, in the same manner as provided for such appeals under the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.
   (D)   If no appeal from a judgment of the District Court is made to the Circuit Court within the time allowed for appeals under the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure, the judgment of the District Court shall be final for all purposes.
