(A) The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall give bond in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time.
(B) The bond shall be submitted to the governing body for its approval, and shall include either one licensed corporate surety or two individuals as surety.
(C) The bond shall be in substantially the following form:
I, __________ Clerk of the Municipal Court of Walters, State of Oklahoma, and __________ and __________________, his or her sureties, do jointly and severally agree to pay on demand each and every person who may be entitled thereto, all such sums of money as the said Clerk may become liable to pay, on account of any moneys which may come into his or her hands, by virtue of his or her office.

(D) When approved, it shall be filed with the Clerk of this municipality and retained in the municipal archives.
