§ 153.04 INVESTIGATION BY MANAGER.

(A) After the application has been submitted along with all requested information, the Manager shall make an investigation to determine the desirability of closing such public way or easement.

(B) Upon completion of the investigation, the Manager shall make such recommendations as he or she deems appropriate to the Council.
