For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CLOSE. A legislative act of the governing body of the city or town discontinuing the public use of a public way or easement without affecting title to real property.
EASEMENT. Rights in real property as set forth in 60 O.S. § 49.
MANAGER. The City Manager of the City of Walters, Oklahoma, or his or her designated representative.
PUBLIC AGENCY. The city, state, or federal government or any of their agencies or political subdivision.
PUBLIC WAY. A street, avenue, boulevard, alley, lane, or thoroughfare open for public use.
