§ 31.48 DUTIES OF ASSISTANT CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   The Assistant Chief of Police shall be appointed by the Chief of Police for an indefinite term and may be removed by the Chief of Police.
   (B)   The Assistant Chief of Police shall perform the administrative duties as directed by the Chief of Police.
   (C)   The Assistant Chief of Police shall be responsible for normal patrol duties as well as maintaining a shift schedule as set by the Chief of Police.
