(A) A Fire Department subscription policy be and is hereby established whereby rates for Fire Department Services rendered in relation to fires occurring in rural areas outside of the city limits of the city be charged and that the city hereby establishes said rates for said services as follows.
(1) Rural fire dues schedule for members. The following amounts are subject to change at discretion of the City Council from time to time.

1,281 to 2,560 | $300 |

(2) Fire Department charges per fire for non-members. The following amounts are subject to change at discretion of the City Council from time to time.
Rate for first and second truck | $250 for the first hour |
Rate for first and second truck after first hour | $100 per hour for each additional hour* |
Rate for each additional truck | $75 per hour |
Foam (if needed) | Current market price |
*Note: Anything over 30 minutes is considered an additional hour | |
(B) The effective date of said rate changes shall be March 4, 2014.
