§ 31.04 MEETINGS; ADOPTION OF RULES; RECORDS TO BE KEPT.
   (A)   The Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each quarter, at such times and dates as the Commission shall establish from time to time.
   (B)   Special meetings shall be held at dates and times specifically set by the Commission when necessary to respond to the requests and needs of the citizens of the city and when convenient for any business of the Commission.
   (C)   All meetings shall be open to the public and notice of each meeting shall be published in accordance with state law. The Commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its regulations, transactions, findings, and determinations, which record shall be a public record.
