§ 31.02 ELECTION AND TERMS OF OFFICE.

The Planning and Zoning Commission shall elect a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson, and a Secretary, and may create and fill such other offices as it may deem necessary. The term of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary shall be one year with eligibility for reelection.
