The Board of Trustees shall furnish the City Treasurer a written list, certified to and signed by the Chairperson and Secretary of the Board and attested under oath, of all persons entitled to payment out of the funds of the system, showing the purpose for which such payment is to be made. Such list shall be furnished the Treasurer at each monthly meeting. The Treasurer thereupon shall enter a copy of the list upon a book to be kept for such purpose, which book shall be known as “The Employee Retirement System Book.”
