§ 30.089 RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEE LEAVING CITY FOR MILITARY SERVICE.
   Any employee who leaves the service of this city by reason of being impressed into the military service of the United States of America may receive, in a lump sum, total contributions made by him or her and by the city on his or her behalf under this subchapter.
