§ 30.077 GENERAL POWERS OF BOARD.
   The Board of Trustees, in addition to other powers contained in this subchapter, shall have power to:
   (A)   Compel attendance of witnesses and administer oaths;
   (B)   Provide for payment of all necessary expenses, including actuarial and necessary services, provided that no compensation shall be made to the members of the Board;
   (C)   Formulate rules and regulations needed for its guidance in conformity with the provisions of this subchapter; and
   (D)   Receive and administer, in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, any gifts or donations to the retirement system.
