§ 30.073 COMPOSITION OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   The Board of Trustees shall consist of five members as follows: the three members of the City Council, the City Clerk, and the City Treasurer. If any such officer ceases to hold office, his or her successor shall succeed him or her as a member of the Board of Trustees.
